sweet baby brody

it is always a pleasure to get to shoot a newborn session - to see life so new and so precious.  babies grow so fast, so to capture them during those first few weeks is pure heaven!  plus, i'm always excited to work with the noe family!  i've known bryn's family for years and spend christmas eve with his mom and sister every year!  i love these guys!

at just 10 days old, brody was simply perfect.  he rarely cried, if he did at all it was to tell us to make sure to put the pacifier was back in.  brody looks so much like his big sister, mayson!  what a proud big sister too!  mayson was happy to hold brody and help me out anytime i needed her.  we really had fun trying out different poses and capturing the special bond between big sister and little brother.  i'm so happy for all of you!  you have a beautiful family and are truly blessed!  welcome to the world little brody!

mike & amy - maternity!

i absolutely love being apart of maternity sessions - it is such a beautiful time for the parents.  the anticipation, the excitement, the nerves too - all make a pregnancy such a special time.  i really loved working with mike and amy.  they are really a beautiful couple.  i've had the pleasure of knowing mike for many years but i had just met his lovely wife, amy.  amy was glowing and just made a beautiful pregnant mama.  this session was back in december and they've since welcomed their beautiful baby girl into the world but i wanted to make sure i captured a snapshot of their session.  congratulations mike & amy!!

wow what a busy month november was!  i have been trying to get out session after session in time for christmas cards and i've been lagging at keeping up with my blogging..  that will change soon!  so here's a little look at what i've been working on this month!  full blogs to come soon!
